Anderson & Vreeland Inc. in Bryan, Ohio contacted us and wanted a makeover for the employee break room. They liked the idea of having an easy to clean floor (who doesn’t?) so we offered to give them our three coat epoxy system – with 100% coverage of the vinyl flakes.
After the typical prep work (shot blasting and crack repair) we put the base coat of epoxy on and then put a colored coat on the next day. It was this coat that we threw the blue blend of vinyl flakes into.
A final coat of urethane is used to lock in the flakes and give the surface a glossy and durable finish
